1. Who are LeadsNow.com.au?
We are a independent lead generation company. We supply thousands of high quality leads to
mortgage brokers and real estate agents throughout Australia. We make use of our own network of websites,
www.myhousevalue.com.au and
www.freemortgageinfo.com.au to produce targeted high quality enquires.
2. How do you produce high quality leads?
We do not use cold calling or telemarketers - our customers come to us. All our enquiries are generated via the Internet using a range of websites that are wholly owned and operated by our company. These websites allow potential customers to quickly and easily submit their enquiry online. Our software system then delivers new incoming enquiries to mortgage brokers and real estate agents within seconds by email. The broker or agent then contacts the potential client direct.
3. What guarantees do I have about lead quality?
All our leads are sent to brokers and agents in good faith. If any lead does not meet our high standards for any of the following reasons, we will replace the lead FREE of charge :
1. You cannot contact the client because of an incorrect telephone number.
2. The mortgage lead is not from an Australian based customer.
3. The Lead is a duplicate lead.
Returning leads couldn't be easier. Simply go to the "Leads section" after logging into your account. Then click on Dispute Lead and insert the lead id and reason for returning within 5 days of purchase. We will credit any lead that contains false or incomplete contact information. All returns are verified by our office and our decisions are final.
4. Are the leads Exclusive??
Yes, the leads are sold once only on an exclusive basis. Once you purchase a lead it will no longer be available.
5. How long does it take to start receiving mortgage leads?
Straight away. Once you have been setup in our system you will have access to a large selection of leads throughout Australia.
6. Where are your leads coming from?
Our leads are generated primarily from
www.myhousevalue.com.au and
www.freemortgageinfo.com.au where the customer can complete a request for information online.
Both MyHouseValue.com.au and FreeMortgageInfo.com.au advertise on
www.realestate.com.au
7. How much do your leads cost?
The cost of each leads varies, depending on the age of the lead:

9. How will I receive my leads?
You will receive your leads via email, or the LeadsNow.com.au Management System.
10. Are the leads real-time?
Yes. Leads are routed directly from our partnership sites.
11. How fast can I get my leads?
You have complete control over how fast you get your leads. Here is how it works:
- If you choose to have leads delivered to you automatically: once your account is funded and set up with your settings, our auto-submitter will send you leads according to your criteria.
- If you choose to pick your leads once your account is funded, you can buy your first lead immediately.
12. Can we buy and watch leads by post code criteria?
Yes. Simply enter the postcode/s you are interested in and we will notify you when a lead has been added.
13. Do I have the option to cancel this service if I'm not satisfied with your leads?
You are free to cancel at any time.
However, we would appreciate if you share your thoughts on how we can make the quality of the leads better. We are constantly working on improvements to our program and your opinion is of great importance to us.
If you have a credit balance greater than $25.00,
your account balance less an account cancellation fee of $25.00 will be refunded within 5 days.
14. Why do some of the leads have incorrect information?
Unfortunately we cannot control the information a prospect enters into the system. If the lead is genuinely invalid you will receive a credit.
15. We do not have an e-mail address yet. Can you fax leads to us?
No. Our system is designed to automatically rout leads to email accounts only. If you don't have an email account, you can set one up at hotmail free of charge.
16. I am interested in your lead program but do not have a web site. Can I participate without one?
Yes. A web site is not required.
17. Could you please send me a small sample of your leads to contact (for free)?
Unfortunately No.
18. What sort of results can I expect?
Our clients report back that 5-15% of the leads we provide result in deals or listings in the short term. That's not even considering the possibility of other deals at a future date, and the ability to gain referrals from these leads.
19. Another broker in my office is currently receiving mortgage leads from your company and is very pleased with the results. Can I get leads from you as well (under a separate contract)?

21. I would like to change the email address you send the leads to, if possible. How do I go about doing this?
You can easily do it online via our site:
- Log into your Account
- Select "Edit Profile"
- Change and confirm your new email
22. Our company underwent a name change, and I need to have you change your records accordingly. What is the procedure?
You will need to fax us confirmation on your company letterhead that your legal name changed. We will then make the necessary changes for you.
23. How do I transfer my account to another person?
If you participate in our Program as an individual, you are not allowed to assign your account to somebody. The only way is to close your account and have the new person fill out the application on our web site and open a new account.
If you participate in our Program as a company, you can replace who is acting as the contact for your account.
24. How do I know what the current balance is on my account?
We maintain a real-time balance of the amount left in your account. You can check it at any time via our site.
25. Is there a discount that you may provide for large volume purchases?
No. There are no volume discounts at the present time.
26. What is the minimum amount you require to be placed in an account to start receiving the leads?
Our minimum account balance is $100.00
27. How do I cancel my account?
If you would like to cancel or close your account, you can do it at any time via our site:
- Log into your Account.
- Click on the Cancel Account link.
- Fill in the required information. We would also appreciate if you give us the reason for cancelling your account.
- When you are finished, click the Submit button.
You will receive an email confirmation that your account has been closed. Please note that the person requesting the close or cancellation must be the contact person for the account or someone authorized by that person.
28. How do I Pay?
Once you have become a member (free of charge) you can choose which leads you would like to purchase by depositing a minimum of $100.00 to your account. We have a secure credit card facility operated through eway.com.au
29. If I cancel my account, do I get a refund?
Yes, if you have a credit balance greater than $25.00. Your account balance less an account cancellation fee of $25.00 will be refunded within 5 days.
30. Why don't you have a phone number?
In order for us to pass the leads on at a competitive and affordable price, the system needs to be automated.

As a general guideline, all emails will be attended to within 2 hours.
Additionally, you will receive an SMS notifying you that you have been sent an email.
